Design

It seems as if the site has bought alive the wildlife, world’s culture, discoveries and natural resources under one platform. Mostly, the site has been conferred with touches of yellow and black, along with the incorporation of other colorful and vibrant images. Every article and link has been magnificently supported with eye catchy representations. With enormous amount of information, which has been uploaded, it does not look as if the site is over crowded or cluttered.

Layout

NationalGeographic.com adopts a three tier format of layout in the arrangement of news, photos and videos. One column is focused on highlighting the main topics like the animals, daily news, kids, maps, photography and travel. The second column deals mostly with the daily news and videos. Finally, the last column is all about the new products, educators, hotel offers and their mission.
